Your order will be deemed accepted by Saamipya up on our delivery of product or service that you have ordered. We may require additional information before accepting any order.
Shipping Policy:
We assure you fast and secured delivery of your order on our website. Each order will be processed with in 24 hours and you will be informed on each stages of order process. We are collaborated with major delivery and logistics partners to ensure safest and in-time delivery of your order. The delivery time frame may be varied depending up on distance, delivery partner and any other reasons which may affect logistics. Our customer care service is available round the clock to help you in all instance related to your purchase from our website.
Return Policy:
Our ultimate aim is to ensure 100 percent satisfaction to our customers. A product can only be returned in case of wrong product received or damaged product received by you. We will not accept any order returns after 7 days of product reached at customer place. Please contact us on +918100009909 or email us on sales@saamipya.in for order return. You have to provide relevant proofs with supporting documents and images to initiate return. Products should be returned in its original packing with all the parts. Once we receive product at our facility, we will process exchange or refund within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled before order is dispatched. Please contact us on +918100009909 or email us on sales@saamipya.in for order cancellation. Once the order is shipped from our facility, we cannot cancel the order.
Refund Policy:
Refund will be processed within 15 working days after we receive the product back in our facility. The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment used for placing an order. In case of Cash on delivery, refund will be remitted to the back account of your choice.
