- Check the equipment at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies later shall not be entertained.
- The equipment can only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner.
- Customer has to bear the cost of replacement of equipment, parts, material, labor and similar items in case of damage, burn or breakage during rental duration.
- The rented equipment shall be located at the written address in the rental agreement during the term of this agreement and shall not be removed from that location without prior written consent of SAAMIPYA.
- SAAMIPYA shall have the right to inspect the equipment during normal business hours upon request.
- Payment must be made in advance for every rental tenure.
- Overdue payments attract interest @ 2% per month over the invoice amount.
- Payment must be made in favor of SAAMIPYA HOME HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED
- Please quote the bill or invoice number in remarks while transferring the payment via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS
- Refund will be given on deposit only.
- Refund will be processed within seven (7) working days of product being returned in good working condition.
- E & O.E are subjected to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
